Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of/damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
Letter of Invitation
Invitation letters are exclusively provided to registered participants. The option to request an invitation letter is seamlessly integrated into the registration process.
Once you have successfully completed your registration, kindly reach out to the committee via email to request the issuance of the invitation letter. This streamlined process ensures a prompt and efficient handling of your request.
Visas
We recommend reaching out to your local Indonesian Embassy to verify whether a visa is necessary for your travel. Please note that obtaining a visa, if required, is the responsibility of the participant.
